Horizon/Summit Series

The Horizon Series and Summit Series are completely integrated ozone systems installed on rugged stainless steel skids. Each system includes an oxygen concentrator, ozone generator, and unique mass transfer system for efficient ozone/water mixing and off gas elimination. These high performance systems come in various ozone production capacities from 10 gm/hr to 60 gm/hr. All systems have a stainless steel frame, backflow prevention system, an injector pump and controls. The C11, C21, and C22 models include a built in oil-free air compressor.

Applications with periodic stops and starts should generally use a stainless steel mass transfer vessel. Standard mass transfer vessels are available at 50 and 150 gallons. Applications that operate continuously with few interruptions can generally use a tank-less Fat pipe mass transfer system, providing complete ozone injection and off-gas destructions without a large conventional tank.
